It's always fun when you check your email and discover there's nothing there. A quick call to the helpful service folks at your ISP lets you know that they did an upgrade last night and there are a few problems today and they have no idea if your mail is completely gone or if it's just a problem of a couple of servers not talking to each other.

Still no real word from Visi. I talked to a couple of other Visi customers and one is having the same trouble while the other isn't. I sent an email to support to make sure they were aware I was one of the people having the problem and sent another to support to let them know that their announcement page is publicly posting subscribe and unsubscribe requests which seems suboptimal. I got a very prompt response to the second message.
