The interesting bit is buried under the "Going Light" header. It mentions that one hour of light activity is equivalent to thirty minutes of moderate activity. Light activities include:
making photocopies, playing video games, coloring, sitting in a whirlpool bath, floating and "purposeless wandering."
So, just play video games for an hour a day, four days a week and you're fine!
