Went to work today, then the gym, then the grocery store. I was still in a post-workout haze when I got to Cub so I was somewhat confused when an employee by the carts started talking to me. I semi-quickly realized it was idundunitagain's friend John. We chatted a little bit before I headed off to finish my grocery shopping (and picking up laundry quarters at the TCF inside). I always feel somewhat awkward when I run into someone I vaguely know in public. I don't know how long I should spend talking to them without seeming rude, especially when we don't have much in common aside from people we know. It's not that I don't like people, it's just that sometimes I feel like I missed part of orientation or didn't get a brochure explaining how some social interactions are supposed to work.
I've been trying to play around a little with CSS recently to bring my HTML knowledge out of the mid-90s, mostly poking at the iPhoto template I've been using for recent exports. Nothing interesting to show as of yet.
After pretending to walk over five miles at the gym tonight I'm ready to go collapse in the other room. No more oomph.
