As part of my recent attempt to get organized online (Pictures, LeConte Pictures and CONvergence Pictures) I've been trying to get my hard drive a little more organized. I've got quite a few folders of pictures I took, dumped to the hard drive and left there. My DVD burner is pretty slow so it's taking a while to get the six or seven DVDs burned. Once I finish backing everything up I'll be able to move on to weeding out unnecessary files and hopefully getting a few more galleries online (like my 5 year reunion). Unfortunately I tend to hoard pictures just like I hoard clutter at home and have a lot of trouble deleting things even when I've got a backup.
