Friday night I went to the gym, then picked up my phone (it required my own signature so it couldn't be dropped off at the office). I came home and monstersocks and I had dinner (briefly delayed after a phone call from my parents). After dinner I called to setup my new cell phone (as detailed in a previous post). Later we went out grocery shopping so that we could make some dishes for a potluck/small family gathering at monstersocks' parents' house on Saturday. I made an old family recipe, Blueberry Salad. (Simple, cool and very tasty.)

On Saturday we got up, put together our dishes and went down to South Saint Paul. I tried re-purposing my old iPod case but the clip broke off as I got into monstersocks' car. Disappointing. We spent most of the rest of the day at the family gathering. Around 8pm or so we headed home to drop off the leftovers, then drove down to the MoA to run a couple errands. I checked at the Apple Store to see if they had the new iPod case I want but they don't. I'm going to have to use my Apple iPod cases for now. Once finished we came home and watched The Frighteners. I really like that movie. Plus, thanks to Justice League Unlimited there was plenty of Jeffery Combs this weekend.

Sunday was pretty much the traditional sunday dinner.
