It appears that in the world of mp3 player owners, and in the world of iPod owners, I'm a significant outlier
. (The average mp3 player has 375 songs on it, the average iPod has 504, I have 6056. Actually now that I think about it if you average the songs over my total mp3 players it's more like 2022 because I have one mp3 player with no songs on it (my old 20GB iPod whose battery isn't where it once was that I just use as a hard drive now) and one old flash mp3 player that might hold ten songs if they were short enough).) I'd like to see a bit more detail on the numbers from that study, minimum, maximum, standard deviation, etc.

.Sony finally has some kind of interesting mp3 players
but they still aren't near the iPod class. At least they put the headphone jack at the top.
