Saturday consisted of attempting to run various errands (a slow oil change required some changes in plan), enjoying the lunch buffet at India Palace, more shopping, dinner at Lucé and a viewing of Shaolin Soccer.
Much of Sunday was spent configuring my new TiVo. In addition to recording what you tell it to, TiVos will record suggested programs based on what you've told it you like in the past. Sadly there isn't any easy way I know of to transfer that knowledge from one TiVo to another so my new TiVo will be recording some questionable suggestions for a while (this morning it recorded a religious talk show for some reason.) I need to go out and buy some additional cables to get things more properly configured (I've got an ADB trackball cable connecting my old TiVo to my receiver which isn't exactly proper.)
I just called this morning to confirm that the cable guy coming Thursday will be setting up my digital cable as well as my cable modem. Hopefully I can get it all configured properly.
And I still haven't made it over to the Science Museum to see the Vikings exhibit yet.
